Service was brilliant. Not only was the issue resolved with my vehicle but the service team picked as part of a health check that the rear tyres needed replacing. As I'd only had the vehicle a few weeks the tyres were replaced at no cost to myself.
David did such a great job to keep me updated at every moment. He knew how impatient I was at wanting to get a car and he worked with me to make sure I wasn't rushing as the wait would pay off and it has.
