The sales people made the experience as well as the quality of the car which covered everything i was looking for. Plus the delay in my vehicle was compensated with a great courtesy car.
All aspects of the interaction were very satisfying and in most cases it was very much a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude that was shown quite naturally. Obviously a great team effort that gave me confidence in the whole process.
