Difficult to get an appointment and will probably look for another vendor who are more flexible and do not have 3 or 4 price levels for customers or fleet / insurance etc. You are pricing yourself out of the market.

Service department was excellent. Sales department (approved used) much less so. You had the opportunity to swap me out of an M850 and a X3 M Comp into a i3s and X5M or M5 Comp and, to be honest, it's been appalling.

My car was dropped off 08:30 had to ring at 5:15 for an update only to find out service still in progress! Courtesy update would have been nice. Not impressed bmw ceased the work drop off service. I commute to MK, may consider moving to local dealer

Massive inconvenience. Post service my headlights are not balancing correctly. Video on the health check shows area around sensor being looked at. Asked for it to be checked and threaten with £250 charge and need my car for 2 days. No solution yet

I needed new tyres. I know how much new tyres through black circles cost for specific bmw tyres like for like as standard. BMW used to allow me to supply for BMW to fit. Now you only allow those supplied by yourselves at greatly inflated prices. Poor

booked in to look at my concern about noisy brakes and handbrake, 2 recalls & other issues. Only the handbrake and one of the recall was attended to. I had to ask about the brakes and the other recall only then was told they were not done.

Good service (albeit on the second visit) overall. I was originally disappointed in the service I received with respect to the end result of the rear tyre fitting. However, Jardine were prompt to account for my concerns on a subsequent visit.

I think they try too hard. So many cars going in for servicing at the same time. I was time critical but made to wait for my service advisor whilst other advisors just sat behind their desks. Not efficient. I almost missed my aircraft.

I can't trust them with my car. they keep the car for too long and I did not receive my car as I handed it to them. The car developed a fault. They were unwilling to check.

Jardines Milton Keynes promised to send details of the unacceptable rust on my new 218i to you at BMW then turned around and said they weren't going to bother. This issue is still ongoing. I will never buy a car from them again.

When arrived they did not know about me or the issue. I was served by Alex and her approach was abrupt. She failed to appreciate my frustration that this was a brand new car with an error that I had called out 3x and the issue had not been resolved.

Apart from the tyre pressures. Had 3 tyres fitted but driving home all had very different pressure readings. the left rear 41 the right rear 33. ???

If it's obvious an MOT fail will occur, why not rectify and then pass so no fail is put on record? The car came in for a recall, it returned with seat memory wiped, av fuel consumption since factory wiped and bluetooth terminated. still not working
