The sales executive George was knowledgeable and helpful without a hint of patronising sales talk. He was very helpful and honest with any query I had and was keen to reach a deal that I would be happy with and topped off with a good firm hand shake.

Extremely satisfied. This is my 5th BMW that I have purchased through this centre since 2010 so I know them and they know me. And being in a wheelchair this has really helped. Also they treat me no differently, which personally I really appreciate.

Despite this being my 4th BMW in the last 7 years, all purchased from the same dealership, I am still made to feel like it was my very first new car purchase. Nothing is too much trouble and any issues are quickly resolved.

The sale staff made us welcome. On collection of the car was an error with the car, but manage to sort it and deliver the car to us on the same day. We did not get to drive it away, but they have said they sorting something for good will gesture.

Great experience overall. Only reason I didn't give a 5-star is that the complimentary wash wasn't great. It'll be nice to have a mint wash after a service with a total bill of £1,300+

Easy process and I like the new addition of the self check in so I don't have to wait whilst people are busy. Despite an initial hiccup in what was booked in it was resolved to my satisfaction promptly and car was back as expected on time.

My car was in for a recall so I was there for a couple of hours. I had my nephew with me on the day and George in the sales department offered building blocks to help keep him occupied. Nathan the service advisor kept me updated throughout.

As above generally. The only disappointment I had was the car cleaning. I was offered, and gratefully accepted, a car clean. Sadly I had to clean the windows again when I got home as it was difficult to see out in the sunshine.

5 days have passed today and I have not received any follow up on it. I emailed the advisor a couple of days after the 4th June, but I never any reply! The car also had a strange smell when I collected it which has gone now.

The carer was washed and hoovered inside plus I was able to collect the car several hours before I was expecting it to be ready. My dog and I were made to feel welcome when they offered me a coffee on arrival.

Steve (I think) was lovely and helpful and I cannot fault. I didn't feel that I was interrupting his day or causing him a delay dropping off my car. There has been very little customer service with the service team in the past to be honest.
